Will OCZ Gold DDR2-800 5-5-5-12 hit DDR2 1000???

So I found a set of OCZ Gold 5-5-5-12 PC2-6400 for cheaper than the jacked up prices everywhere else, and I am wondering how far she will go. Do I have any chance of hitting ddr2-1000??? If not, what do you feel is the cheapest ram that has a good chance of doing so?
