Per request, I will do my best to explain how to setup Fold Monitor 5.1.4.
First…download the program. You can get it here (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/foldmonitor/files/foldmonitor-5.1.4-exe.zip).
Create a folder to put the Fold Monitor files. (I use C:\FoldMonitor)
Unzip the Fold Monitor zip file you just downloaded into C:\FoldMonitor (or whatever directory you created).
Open your FoldMonitor folder in windows explorer.
Double-Click the file named foldmonitor.exe (This will start the configuration process).
You will receive a message about “no config file”. Click OK.
This opens a window to select your F@H executable file. Find the folder containing your F@H executable, then click on that file. (ex: FAH3Console.exe). Next, click OPEN
Click OK
Click OK
Click OK
The program will close and your configuration is complete. (sort of :) )
Next, double-click foldmonitor.exe again. This will start the Fold Monitor program.
Click on options, then select “Change Client Descriptions”. (this will let you change the name displayed for your client)
Replace the text “My Client (CPU@MHZ)" with whatever you want to name the client.
ex: Bill (xp1800@1.64ghz) is what I used on my main rig.
After inputting the name of your client, click on APPLY
The client name will now show the name you input. If you only have one system or one instance, you are done.
TO ADD ADDITIONAL CLIENTS, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
With the Fold Monitor program open, click OPTIONS, then select “Add New Client”.
Click OK
Where it says “Look In”, click the drop down arrow and select My Network Places (Network Neighborhood).
Double-Click the machine name you want to add. Drill down until you find your F@H executable (ex: FAH3Console.exe) and click on it.
Click on OPEN
Click OK
Click OK
Click OK
Replace the text “My Client (CPU@MHZ)" with whatever you want to name the client.
ex: Teresa (Tbird 1.2@1.33ghz) is what I used on my second rig.
After inputting the name of your client, click on APPLY
The client name will now show the name you input. If you have additional clients to add, follow the instructions for adding additional clients for each client.

Tip: When Fold Monitor is open, you can click on VIEW, then select CLIENT DETAILS and see what version of F@H you are running and what version of the CORE you are using for EACH client.
