Hey

I`m wondering about that phase separator position:

I`m not sure how it will work, I must place phase separator in that way, because I`m doing autocascade in small, unseen case.

Angle is ~ 45-50*

Don't see why it won't work? :) Copper wool again?

Maybe wrap some 3/8" pipe thats in the suction line inside the bottom area if at all possible? Really make the liquid drop out of the seperator :)

thanks for answering ;p I`m gonna do second phase separator and use izobutane in that unit, izobutane will separate at first phase separator and boil in HX before phase sep....I know that idea from n00b 0f l337 ;]

I`m gonna use Aspera 5/8HP 17ccm LPB compressor, I hope I will ! I really want to see that :banana::banana::banana::banana:ing -100*C on fluke`s display...

phase-sep will work okay, the effective refrigerant speed is even lower where it counts most.

and not to be an *sshole but that idea isn't originally nol's

Yea, have a point at that, with nol we just talked some time ago on msn about auto-c, and he told me that, that`s way I wrote, that I know that idea from him :toast:

Well ... good luck for that! :D ... phasesep looks nice! :) ;)

huh, on 1/2HP aspera and very, very small phase sep (made from filter :p) and not too good parts I achieved -74*C :)
