I haven't heard about C&C in a LONG time. Wasn't much a competitive community either so no use in clans.

ive been playing online and theres a good amount of players. but lately there have been alot of cheaters, breaking rules , and its super annoying. which is why i thought it would be nice to have teammates i can trust and not leave me half way thru the game

i havent play it in awhile either. I thought the community was rather small compare to starcraft. But I'll come back to online rts when Supreme Commander comes out; that looks amazing.

I bought Generals when it first came out, but lost the cd key for it. C&C games always have cheaters so that was a turn off for me. I was going to get Zero Hour, but the gamestop nearest me didn't have the game, but maybe I'll go check out some more shops and join you:).

yeah, i need teammates i can trust. i just played again and lost because my teammates quit on me, leaving me to control 3 armies, which is very tough to do against 3 otyher players...very frustrating. i wish i had reliable teammates

does C&C support higher resolution such as 1680x1050? I think that's what stop me from playing also cause the graphic was getting kinda outdated. I still have my copy just didnt install it again.

yeah it is sorta old school visually, but i love the replay value. i'm in the army, and will comission this december as well. maybe that has a part in why i like this game so much.

haha where are you station? I was at Ft. Bragg last April. I've been out for a little over a year now. Actually the only games that really connect with me as far as army wise is Battlefield 2. But if you like real time strategy with military theme; I suggest you try Company of Heroes.

i have both Generals and Zero hour, and have never played either one, i play RA2 and regular C&C RA a long time ago, i just got the C&C First Decade so i have new keys for everything, if this happens let me know or FaruqueHabib, if you have a certain time you are generally playing Let me know and i'll see if i cant stop by.
