View Full Version : A Little Help Here. X800 Measurement Points

While I know its the wrong section and I know its old, I just need some quick info here. It apeears that the normal caps that you would take voltage measurement points on my X800GTO are not where they are supposed to be compared to the vmod guides. So I need to know where they are on this particular PCB revision.

Here are the images of the VDDR and VDDQ areas.

Can you not work out which pins on the memory and vddq and vddr and measure directly?
You should be able to pick up vddr on the filtering caps near the memory itself, vddq is a bit more tricky.

Sorry I cant be of more help but I cant remember how these cards work any more as ive not used one for ages.
