Probably but sometimes OEMs just shoot their customers in the foot

LOL.........Damn
I really don't think that that HP will be a good pc.To start a conversion with into a gamer.
What do you think about these? Both can take a standard size ATX 12V PSU.

If you're gonna end up upgrading everything later on, why not just build your own system?

You're spending too much money initially if you're going to end up upgrading everything. Might as well build from scratch and SAVE money.
A good alternative to that is a refurbished eMachine at TigerDirect.
They start at $329 w/ no rebates. You get a STANDARD ATX FIC board w/ one PCI-e slot. You get a 3300+ or 3400+ Athlon 64 or Sempron (socket 754) CPU. You get a 120GB or 160GB hard drive. You get a DVD/CDRW or DVD+RW. You get Windows XP.
I actually bought THREE of these things. The PSU's are quality too. One got "upgraded" to a 6800GT video card w/o replacing the PSU. Played musical sticks of RAM and got all three machines up to 1GB.
For the price of the optical drive, hard drive, CPU and legit OS alone, you'd spend more than what one of these boxes cost at Tiger. It's a SWEET deal.
There's an Intel based unit too, but it costs a bit more ($499) but has 1GB of RAM and a dual layer DVD burner.

I feel that the brand new one from Compusa is the better deal.Plus there's a $ 50.00 mail-in-rebate
I'am go ahead and order the T6534 this thursday coming up.Lost my bankcard and have to wait on a new one.LOL..........................So,what psu should I throw into the T6534?

The one from Comp does look like a better value.
And I can vouche for the eMachine build quality since Gateway bought the company. It's good stuff.

The new Dell AMDs are looking good...and for the same sub ~$600 price, they come with a sleek 17" 8MS LCD Monitor.
But seeing as you already have a dual core pc...buying any of the ones you've listed or any of the Dells will be a downgrade...best bet is to buy a new case/mobo/cpu and 99% of the time that is the only difference between an oem build and a diy build.
