Well you can get it at runmc's store, under-the-ice.com. Or you can ask one of the builders here. Who you should ask depends on where you live.

1. first clue is he ask for metric sizes (but he did mention 7FT. - humm  )
I'm gonna guess - South America

I will say it plainly enough. We don't know where you are so for local store search, you are on your own. Try local HVAC suppliers, Plumbing suppliers. Good luck wherever you might be.

Uhmmm... Canada... no HVAC store? Doesn't quite make the connection here. Just so you know, shipping & handling is going to kill your pricing on copper tubing. It's not light to ship, and whoever shipping it usually have to spend an hour to ship things out of state. (go to post office, sit on there, sign 6 pages of document, and wonder if it will ever get there) - and US would be probably closest thing you can find... Maybe some Canadian folks here can guide you. Be patient till they find you though.

If where you are is modern enough country to have a internet connecton ,I sure you have refrigeration. No ones going to knock on your door with the supplies.
shut of pc ,get phone book and start calling plumbing, heating and refringeration suppliers or worse yet, do some Leg work around town.
you have no supermrkets that use the stuff,or homes or places that sell friges or people that repair them. come on get real.

i'm just a bystandard walking by and your comming off quite rude.
the reason everyone is asking where you live is because then they could suggest a supplier in your country. i sure wouldn't bother wasting my time typing out a bunch of potential places that might not even be relative to where you live if you can't even provide the city you live in...quit arguing and just answer the question if you want help.
also, just because you can't find it locally doesn't mean it isn't available locally. would you prefer to order from Europe and pay out the wazoo instead of buying it from somewhere on the other side of town that you didn't know about? maybe someone knows of a place in your city or the town over.
the best place to get fed information about phase building is right here but that information won't make it to your mouth if you are biting the hand that is feeding you. again, all just observations from an observer so take it FWIW.

I dont think you will be using co2 in a single stage. your best bet is propane or propylene. You can also get something like repli134 or redtek but they do no get as cold.

maybe you dont understand, ppl here are from south america, eruope, america, a eruopean guy is NOT gonna want to buy something from the US as it would cost 30+ just to ship it.
your location is relevant concerning anything like this, so next time somone asks, tell them, isntead of thinking its completley irrelevent
and from what i've seen, you can get r134 with out the HVAC license

Well thats the blue color industry for you. They have what you would call their clique. If you dont have a license they often will just refuse to do business with. Welcome to refrigeration at home. These things are not that easy to get, so start making some friends.
