I made a jump with my ex 9600xt(500/600) to 620/700 with also ac vga silencer and ramsink couple ;)

But remember that increasing gpu voltage also effects the temp of the whole card.So mem o/c potential become to decrease as gpu increase after a point.So you should check the limits in every step to make sure you are keeping it still high.Good luck...!

PS: You won't need any molex input.And keep it under 50 degrees celicus on load just in case.

well, mem oc decreased ~15mhz, gpu stock was 1,29v and now after vgpu 1,40v, oc ~40mhz. (24/7 510/335)
would vmem help increase oc :rolleyes:

these are my old logs ;) fine tunings for the best gpu/mem combination.just to give some idea :)
602 / 351(702) (1.5v / 2.9v)
602 / 356(712) (1.5v / 2.87v)
602 / 353(706) (1.5v / 2.83v)
613 / 353(706) (1.53v / 2.83v)
628 / 350(700) (1.585v / 2.83v)

my suggestion is;first get the max mem speed.then increase gpu till mem value begin decreasing.

it may be because of pro xt difference i don't remember exactly.my card was xt.you can find your memory's data in the manufacturer's web site.just write down the code on them and you'll find the brand ;) seems like a low voltage or low speed type.

hmm, +0.1v didnt make any difference, so i guess this is just crap memory, i cant look mem info cos they are covered with hercules stock hs.

but what about flashing with xt bios, its rv350, is it safe or not :rolleyes:

suggest u to look for it in rojakpot web site.i didn't use bios mod for this one.it was already xt :D

and read the reviews carefully.they have exactly all you need to know ;)
