Moving O/S

Ok, im looking to move my entire O/S (windows xp pro) to a different hard drive, is there a way to copy it to another drive, remove the original drive and be able to boot up from the new copy without any problems?

all my apps/games are on a seperate drive.

so all i have to do is move a copy of my O/S partition to the section of the new drive that is bootable and all is good?

i should be able to do that with partition magic.
