That's right, I am getting better frame rates with CCC (OC) when with ATI Tool.
Here take a look

settings

results.

I don't have a pic of ATI TOOL right now as I am paused in the middle of the game. However the highest I have gotten (with a higher OC using ATI TOOL) is 50, usually 48 or 49 FPS. As you can see, with CCC OC to max (which is a lower OC I get 60 FPS)...
What gives??

what version of atitool did you use? The newest beta 15 and 16 are majorly flawed as he changed the way atitool works entirely in terms of clock changes, volts and especially mem timings. If you use 0.25 beta 14 I guarantee clock for clock atitool's oc will net you higher performance scores than CCC overdrive.

yes the pre beta 16 of ATI tool allow to disable the change the memory timings, but for the moment i have a bug with the voltage set, it recognise the 3D clock.. but when i change the voltage, it's not apply to the 3D clock..
( i think it's something like this).. my screen corrupt..and crash just after apply the clock.
