Hard drive setup question

I have 2 seagate 7200.10's

I'd like to run them in raid and have my 74gb raptor be my "Os drive".

I'd run the raptor and install everything onto the array, any idea on how i go about that? I already have an install the the raptor but it's not letting me dual boot or anything.

Kinda out of ideas, waiting to finish setting up my computer until i can figure this out.

Now i have a new problem in that i cannot use my IDE burners at all, do i need to move them to Jmicron? (God i hope not) any ideas guys?

Ideally i would like to use my Burners, and use a raid (through intel) On two of them, but also be able to have the raptor be a "OS drive".

Well, i gave up on the raid...

I have my one raptor with the OS, and the two seagates plugged in but it still reads them as raid, i took apart the raid from the bios Ctrl+I thing and I removed the intel storage thing, but it won't show two individual drives.

I'm using AHCI on the raptor and I also have a backup (slow) 120gb WD on the Jmicron Sata port, it's working fine.

Any suggestions?
