Need Xbox 360 controller drivers for Server 2003

Ive been looking everywhere and cant seem to find it..
Can someone please help
Flatout is the name and destruction is the game, with just a kb im sad to say ill have to go back to slow old XP :(

2003 having a bit of a problem with it :(
