x1950xtx overclocking

So my 1950xtx should be here tomorrow but after reading up a bit it seems there's no overclocking utilities for it besides overdrive built into CCC?

I saw some pre-betas posted but those don't seem to work either. Anyone had any idea on what else might be out there?
