OCZ gameXstream 600watts 12v to high.. help..

ok guys, sorry for busting everyone.

i just built my conrnoe system

it is a e6600
asus p5w dh deluxe
2gig ram
7800gt bfg
and a gamestream ocz 600watt power supply,

i was using this same power supply on my amd machine. and the +12 line was always 12.21

now with this machine asus probe and bios report 12.57
i am a little concern that is a lil high.

Never trust bios or software voltage readings. They are estimations of the voltages. Use a multimeter to measure the voltages.

As Dankie says software NEVER reads as a multi meter does same with the temps, I don't know why they bother VERY often causes worry about nothing buy a digital MM then measure and post back, they're not expensive and worth every penny just for peace of mind.
