bios of my 9100 is locked? wtf???

tryed to flash a new bios on my connect3d 9100 and atiflash says the bios is locked :confused: i used force flash, and it still didnt work according to atiflash... it said it couldnt flash the bios because there is no writing access on that bios.... but when i rebooted the card didnt work anymore...

how do i unlock the bios?
