Ive been having problems with my overclock since getting a x1800xt a week or two ago that I think are related to the PSU :(

System was unstable when opening 3d applications until I reduced my FSB from 275 to 270. Additionally the x1800xt is standing no overclock whatsoever, despite it being a good overclocker in another machine; As I'm running a load of fans and a watercooling pump that's known to be power hungry (but only one sata hdd and one dvd burner) My guess is I need to upgrade my PSU. I was thinking of bumping up to a Enermax Noisetaker 600W as I've had a good experience with the 500W Enermax liberty, and I'm cleaned out after my graphics card upgrade and know someone I can buy one from fairly cheaply (£55). However I'm a bit dismayed that the enermax noisetaker seems to have dual 18amps on the 12v rails, less than the enermax liberty. Is it worth me upgrading? will a upgrade from 500 to 600W benefit my system and allow me to overclock again? Or should I be looking at uping my spending and getting the 700W OCZ gamestream (4 x 20amp rails) or something different again?

All advice is very much appreciated?!
