I am going to install a new hard drive, drive c and load Windows Xp on it,
My old hard drive has Windows Xp and lots of other stuff on it, I want the old drive to be drive d.
How do I set these up so when I boot up I can choose the drive I want to boot to.
I have searched all over and can't seem to find any clear cut instructions on this.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks, Dan

you need to change the boot.ini so it has 2 boot options.
do a google for boot.ini and you will find all the information you need to do this.

You don't need to change the boot.ini.. Windows XP will handle it -> when you have installed 2 or more operation system there will be pop up a window where you can choose which op you want to start...
