Screen randomly refreshes?

Alright, recently my monitor has been acting strange. It's a Sceptre x20g-Naga III. It refreshes randomly, like it was changing resolutions or something, only the resolution stays the same. Sometimes this happens 10 seconds apart, sometimes they're 10 minutes apart. It's very annoying.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?
