here we go ........havnt built a system in over 3 years so am a bit rusty and had limited knowlege before ......... i was advised by the shop the memory listed above was the best for that mobo but after reading differant forums that doesnt seam to be true :( all i want to do is get the memory to run at PC2-8500 -1066mhz
Have a horible feeling this isnt going to happen
I know i probably should of done more research but didnt
Oh did read on the corsair forums that someone else was having the same problems but no replys there yet

any help would be great :toast:

Any help with bios settings to get the best out of this system would be great to as the knowlege i have is limited .......... i need alot of help :D

You do NOT need that psu...that psu will power three of those systems and still not break a sweat...its uber overkill.

The max you'll ever need with that rig is this psu: http://www.directron.com/sstst75zf.html ... which can handle 900W continous and is the one Shamino uses for his Ln2 conroe runs. However, if you still want something uber, check this behemoth out: http://www.directron.com/ega850ewl.html ... you don't want to know what/how much that can power...seriously.

I don't really think you need 2 DVD-Rs .. but thats up to you. I would for sure change the PS out for say a Seasonic 600W or M2 650W. 1100Ws is for like Quad SLI or server .. which you don't have ... otherwise looks good.
