hard drive not showing up

Hey,

Just installed my 2 36gb raptors in RAID 0 and an additional 320gb sata drive hoooked up. They all work fine.. but I also have a 320gb IDE drive in there as well..but that wont show up in my computer or anywhere..

not sure why..any help

What motherboard are you running?

I had a similar problem the other day with a new drive and it turns out that the bios I was running would not support the two onboard controllers being used at the same time. The drive showed up when I installed an older bios.

C:/Windows/System32/ Double click Diskmgmt.msc See if your Ide HDD shows up in there. If it is in there install a primary partition on it using Diskmgmt. Once you install a primary partition on it then it will show up in "My Computer"
