Si I bought this new LCD. HannsG 19" widescreen. Great. I plug it in w/DVI and all is well. Its running 1440x900 @ 60hertz. I decide to see if 75Hertz will work and it does w/o a reboot. Well after a few days I end up rebooting my PC after a new HDD install and what I get is this crazy screen. Blue lines on part of the scren and if I roll over what I assume is the Login button i get like four pointers on my screen.

PIC if necessary

So I'm freaking out because I figured I corrupted my OS install again and I start checking all the basics. Then I remember hey, I switched to 75hertz I bet thats it. So I switch from DVI to VGA and all is well. So I turn my Refresh rate back down to 60 and reboot again to DVI. No Worky. So I just decided to update drivers and see if that will make everything kosher. Apparantly not. What the heck do I do here?
