Where would be all be without XS? If XS were closed down I'm pretty sure the sun wouldnt rise tommorow.

So what happened? I'm guessing they took it down for maintenence/scans after so many people complaining in the thread below.

I did some backups to move to the new server. We are moving up in servers again. I will have tandem mysql servers very soon.

The new Mac Pro I recently purchased with quad 2.66Ghz woodcrest xeon will serve our mysql and this Yonah 2.26Ghz will become a backup server for mysql.

Once this server is done then I will redo the php server with another 2.66 Mac Pro.

End result will be 4x clovers for a total of 16 cores serving the forums to you guys.

Not to slack on hard drives, 4x rator 150 in raid 5

Thanks Centon for a grip of FB Dimms to populate several machines.

Did I read this correctly? This is a quad socket 771 board your using?

The Mac Pro only has SATA, no PCI slots to install a PCIX SCSI320 card. It would have to be PCIE.

Does the system have an available PCI-e x8 slot? The LSI Logic 320-2E would work if so....
