HDD Temps

Hello.

My question is, what temps are safe for hard drives to run at?

I recently moved my HDD's closer together to make room for my new water resevior. After doing so, my HDD temps rose from 26C to 39C.

personally I see below 40C is where I think is safe and trying to keep mine under at.

Ditto. Anything > 40 and drives will start to slow down actually.
(I had a pair of 60GB IDEs a few years back that won't run > 40*C :D, but their load temps were 25*C)
