I've got 3*MX440 which I would like to VMod on GPU & Mem. I've searched everywhere but I can't find anything that match my PCB.
Here are some pics of the gfx:

And this is the datasheet of the LM IC: http://www.alldatasheet.com/view.jsp?Searchword=LM324M
Thank you very much, sorry for my English! :)
EDIT: NV18AT064B wolud be a Jetway(?)

Sorry to say it, but what do you want to acomplish with this? Even if you were able to overclock it to 200%, it still wouldn't be able to run pretty much any modern 3D game.
Unless you really really can't afford it, I suggest looking into gettign a new card alltogether. the MX440 is basicly only worthy as a 2D card.

it just fun to mod older cards with no serious casualties after something went wrong. i would mod even a GF2 just to see how far it could go and well- why not a GF2 WR :D ?

Fantastic oppotunity to learn basic vmods at little risk.
Firstly, those CET chips.. are they the same and are they connected together (test continuity between the legs)
They are almost definately VGPU.
On allot of those cards I think Vmem is going to be the 3.3v line itself (maybe 5v.
The transistor looking thing on the end of the card near the memory miht be making Vtt or something.
Do you understand how a basic 3 pin voltage regulator works (ie resistor devider circuit?)

Yeah these are great little cards.
I still hold the MX440 3dmark2001 record
" 433c/756m 1.87v on gpu. Fx-55 11x264 2-5-2-2 bh-5 3.65v air cooled"
Those were the days

I had a try at beating that once but the card died on me, hehe.

Can be a good and safe way to learn vmod.hynix modules should do a good job by a good cooling. There is a lot of space around mems to place LARGE ramsinks :) And I remember mx440 cards have a great o/c potential.Unfortunately this had a suprisingly very little effect on performance even at that times(before ti4200 had arrived).Good luck
