Hi,I just cant decide.
Buy E6300+Gigabyte P965 DS3
or E6400+Gigabyte P965 DS3
or E6400+Asus P5B deluxe.

I like E6300+gigabyte.What DDr should I buy.Would be Patriot 2GB DDr2 667 enough??

Also I never overclocked would be someone willing to tell me step by step how to overclock??
Please??

6300+ds3 should be fine for you.

If you've never overclocked before and you don't want to read up on how to do it, you can go for the simplest way.

Go into bios and keep increasing your fsb in increments of 10 MHz until orthos beta will no longer run for like 20 minutes.

After that, I would back off about 10 MHz and see if orthos beta will run for at least 8 hours without failing.

That's probably the best you'll be able to do without messing with other settings. Good luck.

eh... the multiplier on the 6400 makes OCing a bit easier... your choice for all this though, go with what feals right.

DS3 and E6400. The money you save on an E6300 will be spent on the ram necessary to OC as high as a E6400 will with cheap ram.
