Alphacool NexXxoS NBX-i4 4-eyelet

Spec etc here (http://www.alphacool.de/xt/product_info.php/products_id/514/cPath/5_18_21/chipset-water-coolers/mb-alphacool-nexxxos-nbx-i4-4-eyelet:.html)

Pump being Aqua Xtreams 50Z

> = flow direction (goe right to left okay)

Pump>NB block>Rad>T-line>Pump

Minimal loss of flow etc yader yader, nice high flow as these blocks are ment to be good for that etc!

My 975 chipset is getting too hot and after one cracking on my lovely mobo i don't want one again! (it hit 100c)

What ya think? I got all the kit bard the block but i have a deal on it if i want it!

ehhh lot's of restriction added to your loop if you put one in, use an after market air cooler instead. I don't know who said they were made for good flow because thier other choices with alot less restriction.

yea, i was looking at the block and it looks like its hella restrictive for just a NB block

pick up a MCW30 or DD Maze4 Intel for the NB on your badaxe, or just throw a 40mm fan on the stock heatsink there

this block is not a highflow block. but if this is you only one in your wc setup it is a good choice. i also would consider a swiftech or danger den block.

Umm random idea here but can an RBX 478 be modded to fit? There uber nice blocks, the main central feed sits directly over the NB chipset die so it'd get super cooling there and then, rad as pa120.3 and will have some Yate Loons at 7v so it'll get some cooling but there more for my case cooling and then the 50z pump doing it's stuff rather nicely of high flow and presure all in one!
