My memory settings keep coming up as:

Frequency: 400.0 MHz
FSB:DRAM 2:3
CAS#Latency 3
RAS# to Cas# Delay 4
RAS# Precharge 4
Cycle Time 12

I have the following RAM:

Gskill F2-6400PHU2-2GBZX

don't I want it at 1:1 4 4 4 12?

I've searched the forums and can't seem to find the bios settings and I'm very new to setting all these.

thanks in advance.

ok
first update the bios to the F4 bios from the website and it wont show 3-4-4 all the time. and grab the latest cpu-z.
this is cpu-z reporting the CAS timings wrong. nothing else.

manually set the bios in this order 4-4-4-12.
set the vdimm to +3 if your not overclocking and +4 if you are.

if you use +4 you can try setting the dram to 1000mhz and see if it boots but almost every DS3 i have seen will not run D9 ram past 950mhz.
so....

also once again as this has been said a thousand times. once your on the main page in the bios hold CTRL and tap F1 thats all then you can go in and adjust the timings and other settings.
you have to do this everytime you go into the bios.

Ok, I just need to update to the F4 bios. Everything I'd already done and read.

Thanks

*And I already knew about the ctrl+F1*
