Cooling water with pelts is not a great idea as they are inefficient as it is. After this yout cooling potential will be almost non existant. Just put the pelts on the cpu/gpu directly or make a proper (read, phase change baised) chiller.

uuhmm.. that design is totally wrong. You want the Infinities on the HOt side of the peltier, and then some smaller solid heatsinks on the cold side in the water.
