View Full Version : Is viewsonic RMA always this bad...

I purchased a VX922 LCD like 3 weeks ago. The 3rd day of having this thing i called for an Advanced RMA of the monitor cuss the top is bleeding really bad turns color's into greys pretty much.

I call every 2-3 days to see if they have any VX922's in stock to replace mine and they never do. It seems im never gonna get this thing replaced. Maybe when the warrenty expires ? LOL. This is fing stupid, they offerd to give me a vx924 but why would i want to downgrade ? lol.

I hear this is typical of viewsonic am i right ?

I waited 3 months for my Viewsonic to return from RMA. They replaced it with a brand new monitor - could have done that in the first week. They actually cut ties with the the company servicing their products and had to pull everything back from them and send out again to the new company they had contracted with. I got sick of calling them up every week to check the status and decide if I should just give up and buy a new LCD.

Any problem with my vp930b and i've rma 2 times(It took 1 month for the whole thing) i live in canada
