CPUZ 1.36 showing 4-4-4-9 no matter how low cycle time is set

i tried both 4444 and 4449 in the F4 and F5c DS3 bios and CPUZ says 4449. Is cpuz wrong or is the DS3 not setting my ram correctly?

i have some issues like that when i set 4-4-4-8 in bios cpuz 135 or 136 shows 4-4-4-9

Wierd, if i set 4444 via memset CPUZ no longer shows anything for memory. All boxes are grey. And if i reopen memset it's geeked out and reads 0770.

My machine runs fine though..Wierd why can't i tighten these timings on my G.Skill HZ
