lol thats pretty cool. What I would do is instead of filling the hole, i would actualy make it bigger. Cut out a nice clean rectangle then mesh it, of course cutting more clean holes where the lan jacks are. It will look clean and help cool the inside. If you don't know what i mean, think along the lines of the back pannel on a motherboard. BTW what router is that anyway?
