Thanks! Ok, so 3 questions. These should be my last! GETTING CLOSE!!! Can't wait!!

1.) I currently have my power supply and motherboard&cpu mounted in the case. And I have my waterblock mounted on my cpu already. Is it okay to leak-test with my motherboard and cpu installed? I want to simulate how it will really be. Or is this a bad idea..
2.) How much water should I put in the system? I also have pentosin G12 (red).
3.) Fedex delayed my video card by a week b/c of weather. Can I still leak-test with my gpu cooler even though there's no video card hooked up to it?

Thanks alot!! I really appreciate everything!!

ps: my radiator is a tripple. MCR320. On the bottom of the stacker is a fan spot that looks like it would fit a double. Someone pm'd me earlier in the week that a tripple wouldn't fit the stacker. I really can't cut anything out of the case bc I don't have the tools. So do you think it would be okay to go ahead and place the radiator there even though a little won't have a fan area for it? I made this in photoshop to help.

Yes, however its suggested to NOT leak test with the motherboard in just in case there is a leak. If you feel confident enough, alot of people do, you can run it with the motherboard in there

Well you need to figure out your mix and start filling the system complete. If you run the pump dry you will kill it. You didnt mention if you are using a T-line or res. Fill the system as much as you can, make sure the pump has water in it and you start tapping power to get the pump to push the water through the system. You do not let the pump continuosly run until the whole system is completely full. You cannot run the system without everything being full you will ruin the pump.

yea. Most of use leak test with just the blocks. You will have to estimate tubing lengths if you cannot actually see where everything will mount. This is how I leak tested mine when I rebuilt it this week.

i leak tested my loop inside the case already, with mobo/ cpu/ gpu/ psu only
didnot install my other components yet.

i use a bunch of towels(light colored so i could see if there were any drips)
also this time i bleed the loop via mcres micro, left it overnight, next day installed my parts, now gonna take picture later to post on gallery.

i gutted/jigsawed/dremeled my Tt Xaser3 case to replace all 80mm fans to 120mm, now the only noise i hear is from my old PSU 2fans and dvd drives.

reservoir.

forgot to mention, sorry. I have a reservoir. MCRES-Micro. Not a t-line.

And how do I figure out my mix? When I'm leak-testing it, I don't need to put in the pentosin g12 correct? So you're saying just hook everything together. Tubes/clamps/etc. Estimate where it goes. Put the water into the reservoir, let it go through the whole watercooling system, then start testing?

thanks alot!

I only leaktest for about 15 minutes. If it's gonna leak, it's gonna leak instantly.

yah, put in coolant when your done installing everything, because there might be a reason for you to redo-remove everything- from your loop and fill again with distilled...

mcres micro bleeding in less than a day, some frothing when first started, then small bubbles some that are being sucked by a ddc ultra, others goin up...

not really those plastics crack over time or the bonding don't hold all due to expansion/contracting. my opinon best use glass, metal
