My problem is that in games I often suddenly loose control of my movements and the last command I input gets carried out for a seemingly random length of time. What makes me think it is a buffer problem is that at the end of that, any movements I made with the keyboard or mouse while in the uncontrolled state happen suddenly.
I've tried using a different keyboard but don't have a spare mouse. Currently running a 3200 @2.4 on an asrock dual SATA2 939, using a logitech MX518 and a microsoft wired PS/2 keyboard (500 model I believe).
Oddly enough the problem never occurs when playing f.e.a.r combat but every other game is affected and typing in the browser as well.
