What is the meaning of this option in my bios, I, well almost, fully understand the others, but this one? Will my harddrives spin any faster than they allready do in the first place? (nevermind that ):D But, will I be able to overclock the rest of my system (cpu, gpu, ram etc) even higher if I set the pcie above 100mhz?

Nvidia automatically clocks to 125mhz when using a 7900gtw, which supposedly gets you better gfx overclocks, dont see why it would affect much else though.

So this is mainly for the gpu? I don't have a 7900gtw. I have ATI's x1800xt. Will I then notice that I can clock higher with the overdrive?
