I have an old Zalman VF700-AlCu,can i attach this cooler on 1900XT?

No way, dont even bother. Especially teh AlCu version. The stock cooler blows that thing out of the water and across the atlantic ocean for sure. If you want a few degrees lower on your temps, reseat the stock cooler with Arctic Silver Ceramique or equiv. Try running it at higher fanspeeds to when benching or in game. 85% + (benching and or in game). In windows it doesnt matter.

i think the greater issue with stock is not its performance but the 747 noise coming out of it ^^

Exactly.

Of course the stock cooler performs well at high speeds, it should do, it's sounds like an airport.

People have mixed results with the V-700, it won't hurt to fit it, and see, id of thought, just don't expect really good temps, and a big overclock.
