When im installing Windows XP Home SP2 everything goes fine until it starts copying files. When it gets to about 8% it says

Setup cannot copy the file: cinemst2.sys
To retry, press ENTER.
To skip, press ESC
To Quit Setup, Press F3

So i press enter it still doesnt work so then I hit ESC. Then it says
it cant copy Cpqdap01.sys so again i hit escape. Then it keeps doing it with files like Cyycoins.chm, Digras.chm. Then when it gets to driver.cab I get a blue screen and have to shut my computer off.

The windows cd isnt scratched.
I have tried 3 optical drives(1 was brand new) and 3 different hardrives(2 IDE 1 SATA) and 3 cds(the original windows cd, a nlite cd, and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition)

So can someone help me? I dont know what could be wrong.
