All HIS X1800 GTO moddable to X1800 XT?

Is it true that the HIS Excalibur Radeon X1800 GTO, 256MB GDDR3, 2x DVI, ViVo, PCIe (H180GTO256DVN) are all moddable to X1800XT? Thall all of them can unlock the extra pipelines?

yes they can be modded to 16 pipes but not sure about the same clock speeds of the xt with the stock cooling.

i run mine at 621 cpu and 650 ram but with the stock cooling and a small increase in gpu vcore.

For me it would be enough, if all 16 pipes can be unlocked. But is it 100%?

16 pipes, 512mb ram... It's literally an XT with a GTO2 sticker on it(peel it off a ruby is sitting underneath it. They flash to the XTPE bios(700/800). Even has the XT stock cooler.
