I believe the admins have to bump you. I can't even read the classified rules lol. very strict but a good idea.

Yep. This system has been thoroughly thought about and may actually get stricter in the future, if necesarry. Just don't spam your way to 100 and you'll be A-OK. Hey, a rhyme :p:.

can a request be made, it will be another year before i hit 100. For example could i reffer to my site that i am an admin at that has over 60k members, to prove im not a scammer.
