Neo 2 system temp sensor

Does anyone know where's the system temperature sensor on the neo 2? I'm having problem with negative temps as soon as the board reads 0c (wrong it's in fact 10c) I need to remove it and put it out of the case so it pick up room temp. I know it's attached to the winbond chip but I can't pin point it :cool:

Its probably a thermistor or a IC try looking for small 8pin IC with DS1621,DS1631 or LM35 written on it. I'm not sure about a thermistor as they probably would be surface mount and could look like other components.
