Ok, I'm confused. I was reading this thread: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=111251&highlight=tulsa
The second post shows 3Dmark06 results for Woodcrest and Tulsa chips on a SuperMicro X7-DA8 motherboard including Overclocked Tulsa results. I thought there were no Woodcrest boards out that supported overclocking? Can you only overclock Tulsa but not Woodcrest? Can the bios/board be hacked to overclock Woodcrest? The Tulsa looks pretty strong, any thoughts on gaming/rendering performance compared to Woodcrest?

kaz-n was using two Clovertowns running at default speed (2.4GHz).

The board was a Supermicro X7DAE.

CPU-Z does not read the processor correctly. People are getting confused. Tulsa is a dual-core chip based on the old NetBurst architecture. Clovertown is a quad-core. The rumor is that it's two Woodcrest cores in one package.

I wasn't refering to Kaz-n's test. I was refering to the second post down by milkcafe showing an overclocked Tulsa.
