New an opteron board with lots of ram slots.

I need a good overclocking board with lots of ram slots for a Opteron 148 CABNE. I need at least 4gb of ram and i dont want to buy rly exprnsive 1gb sticks. I would like to hit 3ghz on watter also.

I think the only way you will get 4GB of RAM and beable to overclock is to get 4 1GB sticks. Then you have the little issue of the memory controller being able to OC and drive 4 1GB sticks of RAM.
