Hi!
I'm building a new rig, and I would like to use some heatsink to cool the hottest chip of the mobo (prolly just because i like it...), but I don't know wich are the hot chip to cool, I suppose the purple-circled ones, and maybe the green-circled, anybody can help ?

I know for sure that area around cpu socket gets more then warm, so dat is a good start.

Northbridge and mosfets (on your board it seems to be the largest cluster you have outlined in purple) are what you want to cool. NB helps for getting higher FBS (especially in combo with more volate to the chip). Cooling mosfets will increase logevity and help stabilise the power supply, which again may give you a small edge in stability over or maximum overclocking potential.

Anything beyond those on the motherboard is really not nessecary, as the other chips don't really produce enough heat for it to be an issue, and won't really benefit from cooling anyway.
