Hello.
My setup is this:
Asus P5W DH
E6400 + Asetek Vapochill micro
Gskill F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK (1GB x 2) PC2-6400 (DDR2-800) 4-4-4-12 Dual Channel
Enermax Liberty 400W
First of all I want to say that from the temperature side it is all ok.
So here my story begins. today I raised my FSB to 400MHZ, set my VCORE to 1.4V and ran a Super Pi 32M and it finished ok without errors.
My FSB/DRAM devider set 1:1 so my memories run at 800mhz, the timings set to auto, and also the VOLTAGE set to auto.
I launched S&M to test memory stability, and even in the shortest test in says :1 ADDRESS ERROR, 1 BUS ERROR.
When I return all to stock, FSB 266, VCORE AUTO, FSB/DRAM 2:3, and run again the S&M it finished the tests ok.
I can't understand what is the problems with the memories. If someone can help me I will be very happy...
Thanks.

Isn't 400w a bit low for a ps for that machine?

I dont think the problem is the PS
I also tried to raise the Vdimm to 2.1V and windows refused to start. (blue screens).
Maybe it is because my Vcore is low (1.4V)? of the Vcore dont affect the memories?
Also, if I will change my memories to HZ series will it be better?
Thanks.

Is there any cooler that I can put on them?
and is there any way to check their temp?
Should I raise the chipset voltage? or it doesnt affect the memories?

i have some fans that clip on to my ddr2 and cools 4 sticks very well . my temps use to be over 100f but these to fans keep them mid 80's . kinda cheep-o fans but they work well . came with colored lights that i cut off with snips .

but you really think it is temp problem?
just now i opened the case and pout a big fan to blow on it, and still it gives me errors...

according to your numbers, your mem is running at STOCK speeds 800mhz ... no need for additional cooling at all ...

Thats it! it supposed to run at 800mhz but it doesnt.
When all set to AUTO it runs at 667mhz. when I try to change the devider all to increase the fsb it doesnt work well it gives errors...

I found that it works fine until 667mhz...
for example if I set all to Auto it runs on fsb 266mhz, devider 5/4, memory 667mhz. also works fine for fsb 333mhz, devider 1/1, memory 667mhz.
If I raise the fsb above 333mhz and the memory above 667mhz it doesnt work. What is the problem?

I noticed something more intresting...
If I put the VDIMM for 2.3V it gives me tens of errors...
But if I put 1.9V it give only one error the whole test.
Maybe if I put 1.85 or even 1.8 (On the modules it says 1.9V-2.0V) it will be better?

Try to find out the problem on the official thead of your mobo...
Probably a crappy chipset...
