The Forum Review section will function very much like Xtreme News, except it will provide one place on the entire forum where members can view new hardware testing that is going on XS in any section...and hardware of any type.
From Fugger's Original Rules:
Product model in title.
We want to see new products.
Multiple reviews of like items are welcome(one per member).
Unreleased products are very welcome.
This is now the place to show new stuff.
No external links fishing for traffic. No external links is a big one. This section is for reviews/Testing happening on xs ONLY. I'll add a few of my own:
- Hardware should be new or updated (As long as it snot Pentium 3 and SDRAM should be fine ;) )
- Link with a few words is the usual format.
- Hardware can be of any type and includes accessories such as thermal paste etc.
- Members may be hesitant to post with two threads on the same subject (one in reviews and one where the actual reviews are) ... but are free to post in either or both.
So yea...LINKS to hardware reviews on xs of any type from any and all section belong here...NOT ACTUAL REVIEWS. The actual reviews belong in the respective sections (GPU review = xtreme 3d, CPU review = xtreme overclocking, PSU review = general hardware psu section etc etc).
