hi, im having probs with my p4p800 deluxe, its not powering up, i tested the psu and its good, the light on the mobo lights up meANING IS getting power but when i try to turn on , nothing. i dont have another power switch , i think i saw some where that u can just bridge the pins can some 1 plz enligthen me on how to do this i want to make sure is not the switch before i buy a new mobo, sorry if i posted this in wrong section is an intel so maybe it should be here :) thx in advance

Check the manual where the two pins are. Then just use the a screwdriver or something. Don't think the pins are on the same place on all the mobos.

thx, so a hard drive jumper would do the trick?Take picture after you do this, I'd like to see it... Don't use a jumper, the power switch is momentary not a dead short! Just quickly short the pins with a screwdriver or something, it's unlikely it's switch problem anyway...

just put your reseat switch on the power switch . i had the same problem before.

Check the pins on the 4 pin 12v and the 20/24 pin connector. If they are to spread apart contact won't be made.
