Does NCQ need any different type of setup?

If I am installing XP on a drive with NCQ, do I need to install any sort of drivers (in a similar fashion to installing RAID drivers) prior to the Windows install?

Drive is a Seagate Baracuda 7200.10 320GB w/ NCQ (ST3320620AS). Motherboard is P5W DH Deluxe.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
