Just a question.
How hot can I let my FX-62 get? I have it running around 45 on load when its overclocked.
When I bump it up higher, it freezes.. :S
I am wondering if I should Vmod it or not. I am running it on water cooling.

Voltages mate?, also if its at 3250Mh "as in sig" then thats allready a decent clock.

Well.
I do have it clocked at 3250, and running at 5.5v
But it will occasionally blue screen on me, and i wanted to know why. If my FX-62 hits 54 degrees, should I be worried?

Bluescreens are expected at 5.5v :D
Seriously 54°C is a little on the hot side for my taste.

id have thought anything above 1.8v would blow a chip apart without phase cooling.

I'm sure he meant 1.5v...
I think if its stable at 54c then it should be fine. What are you reading the temps with?

stay below 55C on load if you want it to live for a several years, stay below 65C if you just don't care and got a spare. raise it to 1.8v if you wanna hear it crack. eitherway, 40-50C load fine for long term use.
