scythe infinity + ds3?

i was just wondering if anyone has tried using the scythe Infinity 5 heat pipe cooler (http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/cpu/024/scinf1000.html) with the gigabyte DS3 board. I looked on scythe's website and it only listed the abit boards as working with that cooler. I was hoping they just havnt tried other boards yet.

Infinity is supposed to be > tuniq, TT BT or any other air cooler :)
