FSB termination voltage????

CPU- e6400
mobo asus p5w-DH
corsair 6400 (spd yuck) 5-6-6-18 (rated 5-5-5-15)

What is the FSB termination voltage I can get into windows at 3360 @ 420 fsb, but I can't get a run of 1M SP unless the termination voltage is at 1.4. Should I not fux with that or what? What is the default value?

Any help would be appreciated.

Its 1.5volt default on Bad Axe, should be same on P5W-DH. If im not mistaken it helped lowering it in some cases on an Asus 945P board i had a while ago, but never had to mess with it on the Bad Axe or P5W-DH.
