I was just wondering, not all websites I visit (like frozencpu) have the AT. It looks identical without the stupid blue LED....didn't even know it existed till today

The AT comes with a 4 pin PWM fan and only includes mounting for socket 775. It does not have an LED fan but aside from that and the PWM fan, they are the same cooler. Sharka has it on sale for 42.95.

Is there anything bad about having a PWM fan ?

It's prolly better. It allows the mobo to precisely control the fan if you so desire.
